Three lots. Never a blend.

Everything the estate produces is separated by hill, from the picking basket to the export bag. Three lots go out each harvest. There is no house blend and there will not be one.

Blending is what you do when the ground is uniform or when the volume demands it. Neither is true here. The three hills ripen differently, hold water differently and sit under different canopy — separating them is the honest reading of the land, and it is also what the specialty market rewards.

Volumes are small. The second harvest is the estate's first full separated crop, and each lot is offered as a finite quantity, sold once.

Lot I · Single hill

Tigre

The hill that carries the estate

Round body, moderate acidity, cocoa and red fruit. Built to be recognisable year after year rather than to surprise.

The hill it comes from

Lot II · Single hill

Mangeo

The hill we experiment on

The most expressive of the three. Where fermentation is pushed, expect stone fruit, florals and higher sweetness — and expect the profile to move between harvests, because that is the point.

Lot III · Single hill

Alomita

The small hill, kept apart

Dense, layered, high sweetness. The lot we would put in front of a buyer looking for the top of what Ecuador can do.

How we sell

Sample first

Lots are offered to importers and roasting companies on a sample-first basis. Tell us what you are looking for and we will send green for cupping ahead of the release.

Finite quantities

Each lot is a fixed number of bags from a single hill and a single harvest. When it is gone it does not come back — the next one will not be the same coffee.

Traceable to the parcel

Every bag carries its hill, its parcel, its harvest date and its processing. That is what the three-lot structure is for, and it is what European buyers now have to document.
